She can prepare Spanish mackerel unlike anyone else, and her inventive spirit can rustle up practically any sushi roll you can think of.
The important thing about sushi is the use of fresh ingredients, and not only are Michelle’s ingredients fresh as fresh can be, many of the ingredients are locally sourced and caught, so you can’t get any fresher than that. Miso Soup, yummy lobster and fabulous ice cream are also on the menu, raw or cooked the sushi is the best.
Sushi – Hi has a lovely atmosphere; it’s a place to get close to others, as the tables are pretty close together.
