Meet your driver at the arrivals area of the Port. Get help with your luggage and then head to your destination in a comfortable vehicle. Get a confirmation of your booking and the driver's details. If necessary, adjust the pick-up time and location. Get a free waiting time of up to 30 minutes after cruise arrival. Our driver will wait at the Southampton Cruise Terminal pick-up point 30 minutes after arrival time. The driver will wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the port unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport, customs control or baggage area. If waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 45 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.
