This product is valid for one way, for pickups from Heathrow airport to Victoria, London and the surrounding areas, as well as for pickups from Victoria, London and the surrounding areas to Heathrow airport. Trust Transfers will contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary we can adjust the pick- up time and location at the customer's request. For London Heathrow Airport Transfers, we make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client even if your flight arrives late or earlier. We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. When picking up from the airport, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board. Free waiting time up to 75 minutes for Airport pick-ups. Free waiting time up to 15 minutes for City pick-ups. The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
