• Your hop-on, hop-off ticket is valid for 24 hours or 48 hours, depending on the option selected. You must pre-book your time slot for the London Eye after booking. Instructions are provided in your confirmation. With all tickets, enjoy a Big Bus tour and a one-way Thames river cruise with live commentary between Westminster and Tower Pier (approx. 40 minutes). Cruises depart every 15–40 mins in summer and 30–40 mins in winter. After booking, download your City Cruises ticket and show it to City Cruises staff before boarding. Walking tours are included only with 48-hour tickets: Royal Walk (Stop 8, 10:00), Jack the Ripper (Stop 19, 13:00), and Harry Potter (Stop 21, 16:00).
