A condition of booking is to accept the following policy:
We take full payment before arrival. A deposit of one nights tariff on booking and the balance within a week of arrival.
All cancellations are charged a $25 admin fee.
Cancellations from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival 50% of the tariff is due.
Cancellation made from 7 days to arrival day the cancellation fee will be the total tariff due for the accommodation.
All guests are to provide a credit card on arrival
