Description
Departing from Airlie Beach, the Camira sails past Whitsunday Island and then Daydream and Hook Islands. It moors at the northern end of Whitehaven Beach on Whitsunday Island’s east coast, featuring 7km of white sand regularly voted Australia’s best beach.
On a guided hike to Hill Inlet lookout, follow a trail traditionally used by the Ngaro people, the Whitsundays’ original custodians. After the walk, enjoy swimming and walking along Whitehaven Beach before returning to the vessel for a BBQ lunch prepared on board.
Post-lunch, snorkel at one of the nearby fringing reefs before sailing back to Airlie Beach.

- Tidal conditions may prevent access to Hill Inlet and lookout; as an alternative, the southern end of Whitehaven Beach will be visited. Contact Cruise Whitsundays to discuss options if this is unsuitable
