Brampton Island Resort is located at the southern end of the world-renowned Whitsunday Island passage and near the Great Barrier Reef. This large and beautiful National Park island is surrounded by sparkling azure waters, twelve white sandy beaches, coral gardens and an array of walking tracks affording spectacular views. Brampton offers comfortable and well equipped accommodation and extensive resort facilities that are ideal for couples, groups, friends and family. There's something for everyone including fast and fun water sport activities, such as water skiing, sailboarding, sea kayaking, catamaran sailing, fishing and guided jet-ski tours along with golf, tennis, guided tours, group exercise classes, gymnasium to relaxing at the freshwater or salt pools or enjoying a rejuvenating massage at the day spa. Sip cocktails at the Aqua Lounge whilst admiring the sunset and indulge in the finest and freshest cuisine at Blue Water Restaurant. With fewer rooms and less day trippers than many of the nearby resorts, the natural beauty and serenity is largely uninterrupted. Access to the island is via Mackay (MKY) where regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities. Transfers from Mackay Airport to the island can be made via Australasian Jet (medium sized case maximum 20kg) or via boat transfer from Mackay Marina.
