Consultations with an experienced and dedicated Total Weddings coordinator, who will go above and beyond to ensure your planning is a relaxed and stress-free process. Your experienced and passionate coordinator will discuss all your ideas and options at length and provide you with quotes and detailed information to assist you plan your special day.

Your Wedding Co-ordinator will be there on your wedding day to provide assistance throughout the ceremony and to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ceremony Location – Your ceremony will take place beneath the picturesque Whitsunday Pavilion, between the soft white chiffon curtains. The ceremony location includes hire for up to 1.5hrs; a dressed registry signing table and 2 covered chairs; PA System for your ceremony music; white carpet aisle runner; decorative chiffon curtains that are designed specifically for the Whitsunday Pavilion & up to 10 white Italian wedding chairs for your guests.

Civil Celebrant - Your celebrant will guide you through the legal requirements and assist you plan for your ceremony. Your celebrant can discuss any personal or special touches you may wish to include.
