Tour Description
Begin with a scenic boat transfer from Shute Harbour to South Molle Island. Ride the only dedicated mountain bike trail within Whitsunday Islands National Park. The trails feature easy, flowing paths guided by a local expert who adjusts the pace to your group’s experience and preferences.
Along the way, stop at three lookouts—Mt. Jefferys, Spion Kop, and Balancing Rock—for snacks, drinks, and photo opportunities. Discover the island’s cultural heritage and spot native wildlife as your guide shares local stories and insights.
After the ride, unwind at Sandy Bay with a swim in clear ocean waters and a refreshing drink. The tour ends with a return boat ride to the mainland. This 4 to 5-hour experience combines nature, history, and adventure for a memorable day in the Whitsundays.

- Minimum age 12 years (minimum height 155cm, minimum weight 45kg)
- Maximum weight 110kg
- Closed toe shoes and eye protection are required
- Not suitable for those unable to ride a mountain bike on undulating surfaces
- Bring sun protection, camera, and swimwear if desired
- No shops on the island; bring any essentials you may need
- BYOB option requires your own electric mountain bike and transport to the departure point
