Golf carts are fun, but quad bikes are cool. Because there's no other traffic around, Hamilton Island is a terrific place to hit the trail on a fully automatic quad bike. Follow the fire trails with a tour guide, visit the resort lookout for 360 degree views of the Whitsundays and learn a bit about the history of this area as you ride around on an off road excursion.
But adrenalin and fun is not just reserved for adults, kids with a sense of adventure can take part in their very own quad bike experience in a safe and controlled manner.
What to Bring: Long trousers, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, camera, drinking water and your driving licence
Included: Full safety briefing and practice on a confidence course, quad bike, guide
Price: $109 per person
Kids Quads - $32 per person (ages between 6-14 years) must be accompanied by a parent
Important: Driver must be at least 16 years old, and hold at the minimum a learner’s permit
