Wander through its historic carriages to find vintage collectibles and local crafts, or grab a quick morning coffee. Next, enjoy a brief stop at Meredith's Orchard to browse seasonal farm-fresh produce and artisanal Tasmanian pantry staples.
Crossing over to Bruny Island, we dive into the region’s famous seafood culture at Get Shucked Oyster Bar. Here, you can enjoy the briny freshness of premium Pacific oysters while overlooking the scenic bay. The journey continues to The Neck, the iconic isthmus where you can climb the stairs for a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the coastline.
At Adventure Bay, enjoy a relaxing one-hour lunch by the sea. Afterwards, join your guide for a 30-minute quest to find the rare white wallabies, enchanting creatures found nowhere else in the wild. We’ll also visit a local Honey Farm to taste pure Leatherwood honey and learn about Tasmania’s unique beekeeping traditions. Finally, find serenity at Big Lagoon with a 20-minute guided walk. This peaceful sanctuary is the perfect spot for bird observation, where you can watch elegant black swans glide across the water before we conclude our unforgettable Tasmanian expedition.
