Embark on the West Coast Eco Adventure, a guided 3 hour and 30 minute, all-terrain bus tour, that reveals the untouched beauty of Magnetic Island’s west coast. This eco-conscious adventure takes you off the beaten track to discover stunning landscapes, rare wildlife, and fascinating stories about the island’s history and conservation.

Accessibility:
• This tour features a relaxing wander rather than an active adventure, with 2 to 3 easy, low-impact walks through mangroves, salt marshes, creek lines, and the beach at West Point.
• To ensure comfort and accessibility, our bus is equipped with a drop-down step for easier boarding.

Tours start and finish at the Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal, where you can be collected off, and returned to, the island ferry to Townsville.
Departure/Return time:
Tours start at 8.15am (off the 7.45 ferry ex. Townsville), and end at 12 noon (in time for the 12.15pm ferry off the island).
This tour is subject to seasonal weather conditions, especially between December and March (wet season).
