Begin your adventure with a pickup from your accommodation before driving up the Kuranda Range and passing through the charming village of Kuranda. Enjoy a short driving tour before continuing into the World Heritage-listed Barron Gorge National Park.
Admire the iconic Barron Falls and capture stunning views from Wrights Lookout. Head west and leave the bitumen behind as you enter Clohesy River Road, beginning your true 4WD journey through dense rainforest and across sections of the Great Dividing Range.
Discover ancient King Ferns before exploring the Clohesy Boardwalk, where your guide will share insights into the rainforest ecosystem and introduce you to a giant strangler fig tree hundreds of years old. Continue to Davies Creek for a refreshing swim in its crystal-clear waters.
Stop for a taste of local ice cream before returning to Cairns via the scenic Wet Tropics World Heritage drive. Enjoy one final photo stop at Henry Ross Lookout before being dropped back at your accommodation.
