Description

Sail aboard Avatar, the only trimaran charter in the Whitsundays and one of Australia’s fastest racing yachts. This high-speed sailing adventure combines adrenaline, scenic beauty, and memorable experiences deep within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.

Departing from Airlie Beach, glide over clear turquoise waters and visit Whitehaven Beach to walk on pure silica sand. Hike to Hill Inlet Lookout for panoramic views of swirling sands. Cruise past Hook Island, Hayman Island, Border Island, and Whitsunday Island, with snorkeling stops at locations such as Luncheon Bay, Caves Cove, and Blue Pearl Bay, plus secret spots chosen by the crew based on conditions.

Swim among thriving coral gardens and marine life including giant clams, tropical fish, and sea turtles, immersing yourself in the reef’s fringing ecosystems.

You can choose an active role by helping to hoist sails and experience the thrill of fast sailing, or opt to relax on the spacious nets and enjoy island views.

After sunset, underwater blue lights attract marine creatures for night viewing, while above deck, the dark sky provides excellent stargazing opportunities far from city lights.

Meals are freshly prepared onboard and include dishes such as spaghetti bolognese, beef tacos, fresh meats, salads, homemade bread, and dips. All dietary requirements are accommodated. Share meals and conversation with fellow travellers while enjoying curated sailing playlists.
