Adrenaline Rush Sailing, Hamilton Island

Things start nice and easy as you chill out on a huge trampoline above the water, you can choose to stay here, or move out onto the wings, where you can fly high above the water as the ocean rushes below you.

Adrenaline Rush, a sleek purpose-built Nacra 36 catamaran, is the only catamaran in Australia that allows 4 people at a time to ‘hang out together’ on a trapeze. It’s also the only catamaran sailing in Australia built to meet Queensland Maritime Safety standards, so that means you’ll be guaranteed of a safe, secure, fast and fun experience.

The trip is an exciting one. As you sail around the reefs and bays of the remote shores of Hamilton Island your experienced skipper, Keith, and his crew will entertain you with stories of the island's history and that of the Great Barrier Reef. It’s not just an experience for sunny days either, rainy days are also tremendous fun as you feel the spray curling off the hulls as you ‘hang out’ on the ocean.

What to bring: T-shirt and shorts over your swimming costume, sunglasses, hat and footwear to get to and from the boat

Ages: Adults - 18 years and above, children - 9 – 17 years. When a light wind blows children from 5 to 8 years are welcome on board free of charge when accompanied by an adult or teenager.
