CHECK-IN LOCATION Zodiac Tours depart from 950 Wharf Street, on the dock next to Harbour Air Seaplanes at the Victoria Inner Harbour Airport. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to tour departure. 2. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. 3. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will be charged the full tour price. This includes no-shows, late arrivals, and reductions in passenger numbers. 4. The vessel type confirmed at the time of booking may change depending on operational needs and passenger loads, and will be subject to availability. 5. Orca Spirit Adventures reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip due to inclement weather, insufficient passenger numbers, or events beyond our control.
