This London Sightseeing tour with the Olympic Extension continues your flight along the Thames all the way down to the Isle of Dogs! Your flight starts soaring across the Surrey countryside north towards Central London. After flying over the crowded M25 traffic you head for the famous Epsom Race Course and into the London Heathrow Control Zone. From Banstead and Nonsuch Park you will track the A3 past Wimbledon and Richmond Park heading towards the arch of Wembley Stadium. Joining the River Thames at Barnes we pass Craven Cottage and the Chelsea Football Club. On the north bank will be Chelsea Harbour and on the south bank, Battersea Power Station looms. From this advantage point, you can clearly see Hyde Park, The Royal Albert Hall and the private gardens at the rear of Buckingham Palace. Just past the left-hand bend in the river and Vauxhall Bridge are the Houses of Parliament on one side and the Millennium Eye on the other. Trafalgar Square is quickly followed by Horse Guards, St Paul’s, The Globe Theatre, The City, The Tower of London, HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge.
