This is a Rail Tour from London. Begin your day at London's Euston Station and hop on a train to Manchester Piccadilly. Gaze out the window as you pass through the calming English countryside with its rolling hills and bucolic landscapes. Upon arrival in Manchester meet your local guide to start your small group tour to North Wales. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Manchester behind we drive through stunning landscapes and picturesque villages to see the beauty of North Wales in all its splendour. We’ll stop in the historic town of Conwy, here you’ll see the magnificent 13th century Castle that stands tall above the town. You’ll have time to explore and take in the sights and attractions that make the Conwy such a popular visitor destination. After a roam around the town, we’ll head off to explore the incredible Snowdonia National Park, stopping at different points they’ll be plenty of opportunities for photo stops and for you to really enjoy. We'll journey onto Caernarfon Castle, this medieval fortress steeped in Wales' fascinating history, stands as a testament to the nation's rich past. Here, you'll have time to explore its towering walls and uncover the pivotal role it played in shaping the nations history. Whether you're fascinated by royalty or great battles, Caernarfon Castle offers a journey through time and truly brings history to life. We then head to the charming Welsh village of Betws-y-Coed situated in the heart of the National Park. The village, which was once a place for pilgrims, became a hub for artist and authors who took inspiration form the scenery and landscapes that surround it. It’s a wonderful stop on the tour and a great place for some free time to explore. We’ll then be heading back towards Manchester and back to reality after a day of discovering this incredible part of the world.   • Rail journey is between London Euston and Manchester Piccadilly. This train journey is unescorted. Guests will be met outside Manchester Piccadilly station, join the guided small group tour. On conclusion of the guided tour guests will be dropped back at Manchester Piccadilly station for return train back to London. Outbound: Train departs London Euston: 06:10 am / arrives Manchester Piccadilly: 08:25 am Return: Train departs Manchester Piccadilly: 07:15 pm / arrives at London Euston at 09:33 pm Train tickets and tour information will be sent to one week before your scheduled departure date via email (or within 24-hours if booked within one week). Activity Level: This is a guided scenic mini-coach tour, but there are times when you will have the option to walk up to a few hundred metres to take in a view or point of interest.
